The Zoo

Last week Brady and I drove to San Antonio to go to Sea World. After driving for an hour and a half, we got there to discover that Sea World was closed!! We settled for the zoo instead.

Lending a Helping Hand

Daddy's work does projects to help the community. Brady and I went along last Sunday to "help." We helped replace the floor of a Baptist community center. We even did some weeding for them.

When we got home from a long morning of helping, we headed outside for some fun in the sun!

A fun visit

Erin and Kelson came to Austin for a little visit. We took the boys to a "Waddlers" class which is gymnastics for babies. Brady LOVED it.

In the afternoon we went back to the splash park with playground. Brady and Kelson had a blast.

Our Hike... we love Austin!

There is a beautiful trail not far from our house that we have talked about trying for about 3 years now. On Monday we finally got out there... and it is wonderful! It feels like you are out in the middle of no where, all you can see is nature and all you can hear are birds and the creek running along the trail (and Brady of course).

Like father like son! Brady loves to do what Daddy does.

Summer is Coming!

The weather is getting warmer and we are spending all our time outside!

We took the boat out for the first time this season. Brady did so well!

Brady's favorite thing was driving the boat with Daddy.

While the weather was beautiful, the water needs to warm up a bit!

And he loves getting sandy in his sand box.

Last week we laid some sod in the yard- Brady was, as always, a big helper!

Emily, Bob, Elle and Luke came for a visit last weekend. We had to go to Mighty Fine for lunch and Luke was wide awake!

Today we got out our new Elmo sprinkler for the first time- thanks Em! Brady wasn't sure what to make of it at first but he had a blast!

He did have to go to "time-out" today for the first time. Obviously not a fan but he is catching on to the concept.
