First Day of First Grade!
Today, our big guy started 1st grade! He did not even want me to walk him to the door... "Just drop me off in the car rider line, Mom" said Mr. Independent.
Brady has Mrs. Wilson this year. She is known for being strict. From the minute we met her we could tell she runs a tight ship- I think she is going to be a GREAT teacher for him. She is kind but holds them to a very high standard and expects them to be good problem solvers.
After his first day of school, Brady was a little annoyed at having to answer all of our questions about his day so we decided to implement a "5 Things about Your Day" rule for dinner time conversations. I hope it gets us all talking more!
I am excited to see what this year has in store for us!
