At the park
Brady and I went to the park this morning. We were the only ones there- I guess everyone is staying inside where it is cool. Brady LOVED to swing. He just laughed and screamed the entire time.
He also enjoyed the slide- although he kept rolling onto his belly and trying to crawl up it!
I guess the days of sitting still and smiling for mama are long gone. I am amazed how active he is!!
And the park is full of new things to explore and taste...
It is so fun to watch him take it all in!

Crawling
Today Brady started crawling! He was cruising all around the office trying to get Daddy's Mac. He would go a few paces, lay down and rest and then go a few more. He did so well!
An idea for parents who have kiddos with leaky diapers (Brady is in a size 4 overnight diaper and still wakes up wet) you can buy diaper liners at Babies R Us that you put inside the diaper to absorb more. So far they seem to be doing the trick at night time!

Just Hanging Out
Brady and Ty are great buddies and Ty follows Brady pretty much everywhere he goes! Brady thinks all of the dogs are wonderful- he laughs and laughs at them. He especially enjoys their kisses! They all sit patiently as Brady pulls on their fur and ears and even gives them kisses back. Brady LOVES to ride on Mater and work all of his controls. This was the best $34 we ever spent! Brady has been working on walking while holding onto our fingers- but nothing is easy in a house with dogs! We have a cute video but after waiting for it to upload for 5 hours, I am giving up!

Almost There
Brady has been working on becoming more mobile. He is great at sitting up but still has some work to do on crawling. In the past few days he has been getting into position a lot but he seems to be at a loss for what to do after that. On Thursday he started “rocking” back and forth some too.
Brady has also made progress in pulling himself up on things and he really enjoys his activity table! Part of standing is learning how to fall gracefully- and land (hopefully) on your bottom!
