So much going on..

Last Friday we went to Mayfield Park with our playgroup. The park was amazing- with huge peacocks all over the place.

I was so impressed- clearly Brady was not.
He was so serious all morning long! But after a 15 minute nap in the car, he was in a better mood.


What a HUGE difference! Andy and I have been talking about getting new countertops since we bought our house almost 5 years ago. We finally went for it and we are LOVING our new kitchen!!! Here are some before and after pictures... feels like a brand new kitchen (okay not really but still).







Brady is getting to be such a big boy. Walking like a champ (even trying to run a little), talking more and more, and even signing a bit! Lately he has been into coloring- he has a few coloring books and a magna-doodle that he enjoys. The other day I was making dinner and Brady got his magna- doodle off the table and laid down on the floor and started drawing away. It was so cute. He played like this for almost 15 minutes!!

Spring Is Here

Brady and I have been outside a LOT and working hard!
We dug up weeds, removed gardens, planted flowers... Brady loved the water hose!!

Brady was very helpful with the gardening...

Our friends up the street have a Cozy Coupe that Brady LOVES. I have been checking Craigslist daily and we finally found one- Daddy went to pick it up. Brady loves pushing it around and is a wild man behind the wheel. Daddy nicknamed it the Crazy Coupe!
Daddy and Brady were working on their golf swings last night...
Sunday was beautiful and warm so we took a dip in the hot tub!!


We have a lot of dead grass that Brady and I have been raking up.

Brady has discovered the dogs water bowl. He loves to play and splash in the water- when we dump it out he just carries the bowl around the deck with him.

We are having a blast!!

Luke's First Photo Shoot

Outside fun!!

We have been hanging out outside every chance we get because the weather has been so nice.
Our playgroup is awesome and always finds great things for us to do. This morning we went to "Discovery Hour" at the petting farm. We fed animals and played with all kinds of musical instruments (and of course trucks and wagons and such)!






Yesterday, we went back to Brushy Creek Park to walk and play.


It is such a beautiful place to explorer!!

Brady's Cousin Luke is Here

Luke Robert Brandon was born on Monday March 1st at 5:35pm. He is 5 lbs 6 oz and 18" long.
Brady found a few fun things to do while we waited for Luke to make is entrance...
Here is the happy new family!!

Brady and Elle were very interested in little Luke.
At the hospital Brady discovered juice- he drank it down in no time. At home he is only allowed milk and water so this was a huge treat!
My sweet little nephew!! I am so happy he is here!
Brady LOVES Elle's computer. He had a blast with it and didn't want to give it back!
