High school football

A few weeks ago. Brady and I went to his first high school football game with some friends up the street.  He had a great time playing on the bleachers with his buddy Max!

Camping!

I can't believe I never posted pictures from our last camping trip!  We went right after Halloween with about 8 other families.  It was a blast!  The kids enjoyed hiking and playing in the river along with a little fishing and exploring.  Our camping trips are always a blast!

Austin Duck Adevnture

On Sunday afternoon, we went on the Austin Duck Adventure with some friends.  We all had a great time despite Brady's grumpy face!

Brady's 4th Birthday Party

Last Saturday we had Brady's 4th birthday party at the local fire station and park.  Here is the invitation.

It went really well!  

I cannot say enough good things about the firefighter at station 44. They are all so welcoming and friendly.  The tour was educational and fun.  I think the kids and parents alike enjoyed it.

 After touring the inside of the station, the kids got to climb all over the fire engine.  This is always Brady's favorite part.

 After the fire station we headed down the street to the park to play and enjoy birthday festivities.  The weather was good- a little warm for December but we do live in Texas!

 For some reason the birthday boy did not want anyone to sing to him.  He blew out a candle and we passed out cupcakes for everyone to enjoy.

All in all- a successful birthday party!!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We celebrated Thanksgiving at our house and it was the perfect opportunity to tryout my remote trigger for my camera.  I set up the tripod and started snapping away!

We also had a great time cooking, eating, watching football and playing games!

Hook 'Em!

We FINALLY made it to a UT football game this season and the longhorns won!! 

It was great to go by our old tailgate and see everyone again.  Brady had a blast playing washers with Uncle Dan and eating a donut.

 We had GREAT seats- 30 yard line 30 rows up- Thanks Blue Bell! I don't think I have ever had such good seats for a longhorn game before.

 I had to take Brady's picture in front of DRKs statue.  RIP DRK.

Happy Wednesday

This morning we went to McKinney Falls State Park.  It was really pretty- Brady and the girls had a great time running around.

 Then we played at the park...
