On Tuesday Kenzie Rose turned 8 months old.
She is (usually) a very happy little girl- she smiles a lot and is pretty social. She will smile at strangers in the stores but holds tightly to my arm!
Kenzie is getting very good at feeding herself and loves finger foods- I have yet to find a food she does not like. She is a MESSY eater. Sometimes she will shove food in by the handful! I usually triple-bib her just to try to save her outfit.
She is working on crawling but hasn't gotten it yet. She will army crawl and has just started lifting her little belly off the ground into a crawling position.
We have been to the pool twice so far and she loves it- we tried to go to the lake but the boat wouldn't start so we settled for playing on the "beach" near the dock- she liked that too.
Kenzie is normally a very happy and quiet girl but she wants what she wants when she wants it and is not afraid to let you know when she is mad! She is also very sensitive and cries every time I tell her no.
